Evercrest Supply Group stands behind the products we provide. Because product types, supplier requirements, and order sizes may vary, all returns must be reviewed and approved before any item is sent back.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted for eligible products within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened when applicable, and in the same condition received.

Return Authorization Required

Customers must contact Evercrest Supply Group before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. If approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return authorization.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information, photos, and a description of the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
